This is a clean and comfortable hotel in a very central Dublin location. The room I had was basic and at the front of the hotel which is right beside the LUAS tramline - so there was considerable noise from early in the morning when the tram service started. The TV in the room was small and the picture on nearly all channels was of poor quality. The hotel warns that hotel parking spaces are limited and despite emailing ahead to ask for a space I was told on arrival that I would have to park in a nearby public car-park at my own expense. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Croke Park and 5 minutes from O'Connell Street.

Only draw back was parking no parking at hotel and quit difficult to find the car park behind Connolly Station, when you are not familiar with area it is only a couple of min walk but driving in Dublin traffic!!!!!!
The Hotel is quiet central and Luas is just a step away.

Great little hotel in the heart of Dublin.
Rooms do vary in terms of size - I've stayed several times before and gone from a very large room to actually quite poky. However cleanliness and facilities (given the price and location) are very good indeed.

Thought that it was very nice, internet charges should be reconsidered though.
