The Ashling Hotel has a quieter location close to Pheoenix Park, yet guests can either walk to the city centre in 20 minutes, or hop on the tram for a 10 minute journey instead. Guest rooms are well furnished, & equipped with modern amenities. The Guinness Lounge provides a relaxing haven for guests having spent the day sight seeing & shopping.

Overlooking the River Liffey, the hotel is close to Phoenix Park, just outside the city centre. Temple Bar is about 15 minutes' walk away.

Excellent location... Right across the road from the Guinness Factory ... 5 minutes walk to the 'museum' tram stop... stop.... Temple bar is 3 stops away ... Proximity to station is a plus... Location is excellent ... quiet area,adjacent to rail station and Luas line ... 4 mins from city by Luas... Within walking distance of Pheonix park and Dublin Zoo.... Temple Bar 15 minutes walk or short bus ride. ... Tram runs right outside front door to O'connell Street for great shopping. ... HOTEL LOCATION JUST RIGHT. ...
