I guess travelling is all about luck and timing but I really cannot understand the negative reviews other than avoiding the few floors above the Bia Bar. The staff were helpful, very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the drains did not smell it was a convenient walk to everywhere and i would stay there again without hesitation, really good hotel, good value, breakfast was excellent.
Top Tip
Go with plenty of money, Dublin is the most expensive place i have ever visited since the pound plumetted. a Guiness is 6 euros anywhere ! Other than that it's a great city all the bars and restaurants in temple Bar are really good

Although the hotel is in a fantastic location and they offer discounts on parking, do not stay here if you hope to get a quiet nights sleep! The noise from the hotel bar carries into almost every room.

There were many restaurants, coffee bars and typical Irish bars within easy walking distance of the hotel. Attractions such as Dublin Castle, Leinster House, St. Stephens green were also a stones throw away.
