I love this hotel - When I go back to Dublin in the near future - I would not pick any other hotel. Can't fault it. Stayed in a room on the fourth floor - everything perfect - The tram runs right outside - so there is some traffic noise etc, but not in an off-putting sense - just makes you feel a part of the Dublin atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel - staff very friendly and helpful.

Very close to all the amenities - Boxty's House does a very good Irish breakfast. Very close to Connelly Station in case you want to travel to eg. Malahide Marina and Castle - takes just 20 mins. Temple bar 5 mins, the green Dublin Hop on/Hop off buses with very amusing live commentary from bus drivers. Most excellent breal away...

My only small complaint would be that my dads room had a air conditioning unit (or something similar) outside which made a bit of a noise all night! Hotel located just the other side of the Liffey from Temple Bar, easy to find and locate when you've had a few Guinness due to being near the Millennium Spire!

we were not made aware of the function taking place and our room was directly above the disco which ended at 2am, we had an alarm call for 4am !! the hotel was full, we had less than 2 hours sleep and paid £123 The hotel have not followed up our request for compensation.

We understood there would be double glazing, but heard every toot, bump, and passer by on the street below all the time!! Located on a busy street with trams coming past most of day and night. Good location for all the things you'd need to do for a break in Dublin
