The Hotel became a nighclub at night the entrance became a cloak room every morning there was the remnants of 2000 drunken youngsters my friends were unable to sleep until 4am. Will I go back -NO-

Dublin was lovely but very expensive

Our shower was not good enough. The waterstream was too small/narrow. However, the hot water did not work the next morning, so we got to use the shower in the room next door. Fortunately for us, this room had a better shower. On the downside it made us late, & thus miss breakfast! Despite being on the 3rd floor, we could still here the noise of a nightclub below till the very early hours of the morning.

I recommend this hotel for the young and lively who intend partying until the nightclub ends. I wasn't too keen on the 11 o'clock check out time, a bit too early!! bring your own hairdryer, none available in hotel room. No parking facilities at hotel but Stephen's Green shopping centre is close by.

The hotel is to noisey because of the night club which is open 7 nitghs a week and makes you feel intimidated trying to get into the hotel at night pushing your way through the crouds

i was referred to this hotel as the one i booked was full. i was not told of this move until i tried to book into my initial choice. This caused some inconvenience, and i was not particularly happy with the location of the hotel.

The shower in our room was faulty. It ran scalding hot and the water could not be turned off. We reported this in the morning and returned that evening to find the shower still running and the room full of steam resulting in a unpleasant damp smell. The plumber was unavailable until the following morning and it was suggested to us that we could wrap a towel round the shower head to minimize the sound of the running water through the night! On two occassions we were unable to enter our room as the keycard was not programmed correctly. We were on the third floor and the lift sometimes wouldn't turn up. Very, very poor customer service from the reception staff!! No apologies and no smiles!!

Try the Itallian restaurant at the end of the street - highly recommended!
