The hotel itself was very clean and breakfast buffet on offer was great. The dissapoitment was the staff and service. We returned 16.30 at our room and it hadn't been cleaned and while checking out they asked us to pay the bill (even though everything was paid). Even though staff seemed bit disorganised the facilities of the hotel was great and was a pleasant 20 minute walk to the city centre.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly apart from the eastern European bob Hoskins look-alike who looked deeply annoyed when I requested a bucket of ice. I had to phone down to the desk half an hour later to find out what happened to it. The receptionist apologised and I received my ice 1 minute and 38 seconds later. Cool.
Also, I don't no about anybody else, but when I step into a lift that’s carpeted, with a TV in it I instantly want to slam the emergency stop button and get some lift love!!

Turn left out the hotel and your 15 mins away from the RDS. turn right and your 20-25 mins away from the city centre. great for RDS gigs and nights out. taxi costs about 10 euro's.
